How to add a new employee?

To ADD a new employee click on the Add-sign sign on the top right corner and fill the required information as shown in the screenshots.

Fill in the Employee details like 

  1. Name
  2. DOB
  3. Hire date etc.

Under role assignment, select the default role for the employee if there are multiple roles for the same employee and click on .

You can also click on ‘Yes’ if you wish to give portal access to that employee.

To input information with regards to payroll, click on ‘Add More Details’ under ‘Manage Employee’ as shown in the screenshot.

How to give portal access to an existing employee?

If you want to provide portal access to any existing employee click on the Update-Device sign for that employee. In the edit employee window, select ‘Employee Portal Access’ as ‘Yes’.

 When you select ‘Yes’ you also have to generate the password for that employee to use the portal. You can also select the portal privileges for that employee and finally click on as shown in the screenshot .

Setting up an employee's landing or service areas

 Log into your location’s portal, then select the employees tab from the left navigation menu.

 

Next, select the employee you would to edit by clicking the pencil icon on the right. A window will appear where you are able to adjust the landing and service area. 

Here, you will be able to select the area that you want that employee to land on using the drop down option “Landing Area”

You can also change the service area, by using the drop down “Service Area.” To update the employee simply select “save.”
