Customer Management

With Quantic POS you make manage all your customers at one place. You can learn more about your customers, you can view their loyalty points, add special prices or discounts, track order history etc. All these can be done at the portal/POS in the simplest way.

How do I add a New Customer?

Login to the backend portal. Click on the left navigation bar Main-menu, under it click on ‘Customers’. To add a new customer click on Add-sign on the right hand side of the screen.

Enter all the details for the customer like .

  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Delivery address etc

click on You can also see any notes, order history etc. attached to the customer.

You can also download the customer data as a CSV File (Excel file).

If you click on the name of the customer on the backend portal you will be able to see any notes, order history etc. attached to the customer as seen in the screenshot.

How do I view a Customer’s Previous orders?

 

  1. Tap on the Left Navigation Bar

Click on Customer

Click on customer name and select previous orders

This will open up previous orders of a customer

How do I add notes to a Customer?

 

Tap on the Left Navigation Bar  

Click on Customer

Click on customer name and select notes on the bottom

Click add to continue typing in notes and tap on save
